Here are the Placer and El Dorado schools closed Wednesday by this week’s snowstorm

Though snowfall has eased, dozens of schools remained closed Wednesday across Placer and El Dorado counties due to hazardous winter weather conditions.

According to the El Dorado County Office of Education, all campuses at the following districts are closed:

Black Oak Mine Unified

Camino Union Elementary

Gold Oak Union

Indian Diggings

Lake Tahoe Unified

Mother Lode Union Elementary

Pioneer Union

Placerville Union

Pollock Pines Elementary

Silver Fork

Additionally, El Dorado, Independence and Union Mine high schools were closed; El Dorado Union High School District’s other two campuses, Ponderosa and Oak Ridge, remained open.

All Gold Trail Union schools began on a two-hour delay.

In Placer County, all Tahoe-Truckee Unified campuses were closed Wednesday, along with the following schools in other districts:

Colfax Elementary School

Colfax High School

Foresthill Divide School

Foresthill High School
