Jesuit High School canceled classes and closed its offices Monday after a technology outage disrupted internet service, PowerSchool access and other classroom tools.

The outage affected the Catholic all-boys campus on the Carmichael-Arden Arcade border, the school said in a social media post. School officials said the issue began when network maintenance over the Easter break unexpectedly extended into the school week.

After-school athletics and other activities Monday would continue as scheduled, the school said.

Jesuit plans to share updates through its social media channels and safety alert system.
