For the eighth consecutive year, Kaiser Permanente has been given the highest ranking for customer satisfaction in California in a key measurement of in-state health plans.
The J.D. Power 2015 U.S. Member Health Plan Study said Oakland-based Kaiser received top member-satisfaction scores in five areas: coverage and benefits, cost, provider choice, customer service and information/communication.
Kaiser currently has nearly 10 million members in eight states and the District of Columbia.
