Eastbound Highway 16 at Dillard Road closed by cement truck into pole

Eastbound Highway 16 is closed after a cement truck hit a utility pole.

Traffic is expected to be backed up during the early afternoon. The crash on Highway 16 at Dillard Road occurred about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.

A tow truck and Sacramento Municipal Utility District personnel have been dispatched to the scene.
