Traffic backed up during the morning commute on Interstate 80 in Davis due to an overturned truck.
The small delivery truck fell onto its side, blocking two lanes of westbound Interstate 80 just west of Richards Boulevard at 6:30 a.m. Monday. Traffic was able to crawl by the truck in a still open lane but vehicles backed up for more than a mile.
Traffic lanes were eventually cleared around 7:45 a.m. when a tow truck was able to arrive and clear the overturned truck from the lanes.
