VIDEO: Photographer rescues missing woman found frozen to ground

Keith Sheldon, who works for Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation, has a true passion in life: photography.

In pursuing that hobby, he found a missing woman frozen to the ground after last week’s ice storm.

Patricia, 74, survived the freezing temperatures thanks to Sheldon, who spotted her car and stopped to see if everything was OK.
