Dancer was hired to strip at Seattle homelessness conference. The video leaked online
Adult performer Beyoncé Black St. James danced topless and gave out kisses and lap dances at an event last week, the Seattle Times reported.
It was a conference for homelessness.
Kira Zylstra, the organizer of the event and director of All Home, King’s County agency for homelessness, was placed on administrative leave during an investigation of the footage, KING 5 reported.
The department announced on Monday that she resigned over the weekend, according to the station.
The video was first sent anonymously to Christopher Rufo , who posted it on his Facebook page, according to KIRO 7.Rufo is a reseacher at Discovery Institute, a public policy think tank in Seattle.

The video shows the dancer wearing a sheer bodysuit and collecting cash from attendees of the event.
“No one expected it,” a staffer who attended told The Seattle Times. “So I think some people felt uncomfortable.”
Zylstra led the agency since last January, but Seattle is looking into replacing All Home with the Regional Homelessness Authority in King County, according to KIRO 7.
