Wendy’s rolls out a new Frosty flavor just in time for summer. When can you get it?
Wendy’s is putting a berry-inspired spin on its classic Frosty just in time for summer.
Fans of the frozen treat can dip their spoons — or french fries — into the new Strawberry Frosty, which hit menus nationwide on Monday, June 6, the burger chain announced.
The summertime dessert combines “the same creamy, delectable texture Frosty fans know and love with the flavor of sweet strawberry” and is available only for a limited time, though the chain didn’t specify how long.
“We’re always listening to our fans and as the most-requested item, it was a no-brainer for us to bring the Strawberry Frosty to the menu this season,” Carl Loredo, chief marketing officer for Wendy’s, said in a statement.
Those in search of a healthier menu option that’s just as sweet can revel in the return of Wendy’s seasonal Summer Strawberry Chicken Salad, according to a news release. The summertime salad features a crispy lettuce and spring mix topped with sun-ripened strawberries, Applewood smoked bacon and grilled chicken.
The Strawberry Frosty and Summer Strawberry Chicken Salad are available in-store and on the Wendy’s mobile app.
