An Idaho man won $10,000 playing Powerball a decade ago, and now comes another, much larger win.

Arthur Ingle of Coeur d’Alene said his first win “fueled the fun!”

When he bought a Powerball ticket at a Fred Meyer, he didn’t play any “particular numbers.”

“I’ve just always wanted to win big. I’ve been playing for years,” he told the Idaho Lottery.

And he did win big. He scored $100,000 from the Powerball ticket, lottery officials said in a Feb. 15 news release.

Ingle is seen in a photo holding a massive check with his partner of 16 years, Becky Patterson.

The couple love to travel and went on a 10-week cruise last year.

They have two children each, four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a cat named Karla.

Many people can gamble or play games of chance without harm. However, for some, gambling is an addiction that can ruin lives and families.

If you or a loved one shows signs of gambling addiction, you can seek help by calling the national gambling hotline at 1-800-522-4700 or visiting the National Council on Problem Gambling website.
