You can watch Coachella — from Frank Ocean to Bad Bunny — at home. Here’s how

Music lovers hoping to watch performances from the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival will be treated to an improved livestream presentation from YouTube.

The YouTube livestream will allow people to watch sets of the world-renowned festival in California from the comfort of their couch. This year’s headliners include Frank Ocean, Bad Bunny and BLACKPINK.

The festival takes place April 14-16 and again the following weekend, April 21-23. It’s YouTube’s 11th year streaming the festival, but it said this year’s presentation is “the most epic yet.”

“This year we will be livestreaming Coachella from more stages than ever before with 6 feeds in action (double the amount from last year) across both weekends!” YouTube said in a blog post. “Whether you’re watching from home, abroad, or at parties with friends, anyone can tune into Coachella’s YouTube Channel, pick a stage, and watch the performances happening live with the rest of the fans.”

While YouTube said all stages would be livestreamed, there is not a feed for the Yuma stage, which features house and techno music.

The livestream begins at 4 p.m. PT Friday. Coachella confirmed the livestream will include performances of all of its headliners, including Ocean, who has not performed since 2017.

If you’re unable to view a performance live, sets will replay until the next day’s shows begin.

Livestream viewers will also get on-the-ground coverage, including coverage of the art, artists and behind-the-scenes moments, YouTube said.

YouTube Shorts will also give fans the opportunity to interact with some Coachella performers, including Calvin Harris, Becky G and Burna Boy.
