‘Lucky’ woman wins six-figure South Carolina lottery prize – and it’s not her first
A South Carolina woman “blessed people” after winning the lottery. Three years later, she hopes to do the same.
The Upstate woman hit the jackpot for the second time, snagging $300,000 on a $10 ticket she bought at the On the Go convenience store in Spartanburg, according to the South Carolina Education Lottery.
She won $250,000 playing the lottery just three years earlier, officials said in a news release.
“Yeah, I’ve been told I’m lucky,” the two-time winner told lottery officials.
Like before, the woman said she plans to share her newfound wealth.
The lottery player beat odds of 1 in 1 million to win the $300,000 jackpot, the release said. Five top prizes remain in the 100X game.
Spartanburg is about 90 miles northwest of Columbia.
