YouTuber Cody Ko and Kelsey Kreppel — who are stars in the podcast world — have listed their stunning three-bedroom, four-bathroom home for $3.69 million. One big drawing point of the estate? It’s basically on the water and has remarkable views.

The couple has lived in the house for only two years and purchased it for $3.6 million, the Robb Report says. This isn’t the only piece of real estate they own — the couple bought another Malibu spread for $7.7 million that was once owned by Reese Witherspoon and ex-husband Jim Toth.
