The player bought the lucky ticket at a BP gas station on Abercorn Street in Savannah, beating odds of 1-in-850,668 to win the game’s top prize, according to the lottery.

It’s the latest in a string of recent lottery wins for the Peach State. A Powerball player in Roswell netted a $100,000 prize in the Feb. 8 drawing, and another player won $50,000 on a ticket sold in Norcross.
Winners have 180 days from the draw date to claim prizes and are encouraged to sign the back of their ticket, the Georgia Lottery said.
