A man met a teenage girl at a park in Arizona, then snuck into her room months later, police said.

The 18-year-old went to the 14-year-old girl’s home at about 11 p.m. Sept. 14, the Surprise Police Department said in a probable cause statement.

The teen told police he had gotten kicked out of his home, so he snuck into her bedroom, authorities said.

Her 12-year-old sister was in the room while he was there, police said.

The man and teen girl lay on her bed and watched a movie, then she got undressed and he molested her, authorities said.

Their mother discovered him the next morning at about 6:10 a.m., and she called authorities, police said.

The teen said she met him about six months ago at a park and told him she was 16 years old, police said.

She then told him she was 14 a few months ago, police said.

The man told police she told him she was 17, authorities said.

He was arrested on two counts of molestation of a child, and his bail was set at $250,000.

Surprise is about a 25-mile drive northwest from downtown Phoenix.
