Poll: Would raising the legal age to purchase tobacco in California have much impact?

The state Senate has passed a bill, SB 151, that raises the legal age to purchase tobacco products in California from 18 to 21. If the Assembly and Gov. Jerry Brown also approve the measure and it becomes law, do you think it will have a significant effect on tobacco use by young adults?
