Capitol Christmas tree shines through the storm

The 53-foot-tall white fir Capitol Christmas tree is reflected in rain puddles during the 83rd annual Capitol tree-lighting ceremony. Because of the day’s rainfall, the usual fa-la-la-la-la was moved inside.
