California Gov. Gavin Newsom is in Napa and held a press conference on his ongoing coronavirus response. Watch a recording of the livestream by clicking on the video above.

Newsom’s last press conference touched on the state budget, which faces a $54.3 billion deficit. The governor has called for significant cuts to such areas as education and state worker pay.
