Gov. Gavin Newsom gave an update on COVID-19 and California wildfires Wednesday at noon.

Wildfires continue to burn in California, stretching firefighting resources thin.

On Tuesday, the Newsom administration announced that the percentage of COVID-19 tests coming back positive in the last two weeks has gone down to 3.6%. Hospitalization rates in California continue to trend downward.
