The Bee previously posted a shortened version of this 15-minute video of state Sen. Ben Hueso’s arrest on Aug. 22, 2014 on suspicion of driving under the influence.

In December, Hueso accepted a sentence of three years probation, an $1,100 fine and a six-week reckless-driving program for a lesser “wet reckless” charge.
