We want to hear from California state employees: Tell us what it’s like to work during coronavirus
The coronavirus will affect California’s state workforce for a long time to come.
The State Worker is looking for ways to improve and expand our reporting on how this pandemic is affecting state work.
With the survey below, we hope to get a broader picture of how your employer and your unions are managing responses to the pandemic. We’re also looking for tips and specific suggestions for our future reporting.
We’ve reported on the state pay reductions ordered by Gov. Gavin Newsom and the state Legislature, the state’s decisions on remote and office work, contact tracing assignments and COVID-19 infections at state prisons and Caltrans worksites.
The form below is designed to keep you anonymous, but if you’d like to hear from us, feel free to include contact information in one of the text fields. We will keep all of your information private.
And as always, feel free to email me at wventeicher@sacbee.com.
Thanks for reading.
