Lake wind advisory for Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra counties until Monday night

A lake wind advisory was issued by the NWS Reno NV on Monday at 12:41 a.m. valid between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. for Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra counties.
The NWS informs, "Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 40 mph for Stampede Reservoir, Lake Davis, Antelope Lake, and Eagle Lake."
"Small boats, kayaks and paddle boards will be prone to capsizing and should remain off lake waters until conditions improve," adds the NWS. "Check lake conditions before heading out and be prepared for a sudden increase in winds and wave heights. Consider postponing boating activities on the lake until a day with less wind."
This advisory is in effect until 11 p.m.
