Dense fog hovers over Oakland, California
Patches of dense fog hindered morning commuters in parts of California’s Bay Area on November 30, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.
Footage filmed by Twitter user @absolutepepper, who said it was taken in Oakland, shows the fog hovering over the city’s skyline.
“What’s with the patchy haze? Usually it covers San Francisco and the Bay — today it’s winding through a few parts of Oakland, flowing like a stream!” she wrote in a tweet.
