Letter: Trump got reaction he wanted
Donald Trump loves to hear himself talk (and tweet). He cares not about facts. He just wants to be at the top of the news and the topic of conversation. You could have predicted the events of the weekend after hearing about his latest rants, another polarizing day. I could almost see him rubbing his hands together in delight before he tweeted. We need to stop being sucked into reacting to this nonsense. The best reaction would be silence, hard as that might be. If we quit reacting, maybe he'd start acting like a head of state who wants to bring his country together.
