Meet the Team

Anna Chacon, MD

Medical Director, Medical Dermatology

Dr. Anna Chacon is a board-certified dermatologist with a passion for and clinical expertise in teledermatology, as well as all other aspects of dermatology, medical, surgical, and cosmetics.

Dr. Chacon graduated at the top of her class at the Convent of the Sacred Heart as valedictorian. She then obtained her concentration in Economics and medical degree from Brown University’s Program in Liberal Medical Education. She then completed an internship in surgery at Orlando Regional Medical Center, followed by a dermatology residency at the University of Miami. She completed her dermatology residency at the University of Southern California Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, where she served as chief resident.

Dylan Neal, PA‐C

Medical, Surgical, and Aesthetic Dermatology

Building relationships is at the forefront of Dylan Neal’s determination to better his patient’s lives. Growing up in Orangevale, California, Dylan spent a lot of time around people in his community and wanted to help somehow. He attended Jessup University as an undergrad, receiving his bachelor of science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. He then attended the University of California, Davis, where he obtained his master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.

During that time, Dylan served as the co-president of his grad class at UC Davis. Dylan received medical and surgical training from Stanford Dermatologists and world-class Mohs Surgeons in the Bay Area before returning to the Sacramento area to serve his hometown.

When he’s not treating patients, Dylan can be found golfing, hiking, or spending time with his wife and two young daughters.

Sid Shah, PA‐C

Medical, Surgical, and Aesthetic Dermatology

At Halo Skin Institute, Sid Shah, PA-C, wants to make a positive impact in the lives of his patients. That starts with understanding the ins and outs of dermatology. Sid studied Microbiology at the University of Georgia, where he received his bachelor’s degree. At Gardner Webb University, he successfully obtained his master’s of Physician Assistant Studies in Boiling Springs, North Carolina. As a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), Sid also completed a dermatology fellowship.

In his free time, Sid can be found playing table tennis or traditional tennis, attending comedy shows, or watching a good movie. He likes traveling and visiting new countries worldwide and enjoys a good game of golf.
