The Kansas City Royals and New York Mets meet in Game 1 of the World Series on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2015 in Kansas City, Mo.

The Royals are in their second Series in as many seasons, the Mets are in their first since 2000. The Royals will start right-hander Edinson Volquez (1-2, 4.32 ERA this postseason) and the Mets will counter with right-hander Matt Harvey (2-0, 2.84). The 5:07 p.m. game will be broadcast by Fox.
