Kings: Cousins returns, but losing streak grows
Following a four-game absence because of a strained Achilles’ tendon, DeMarcus Cousins returned to the Kings. Though the All-Star center had 21 points and 12 rebounds, the Kings dropped their sixth game in a row, falling 106-88, as the San Antonio Spurs dominated the fourth quarter 34-19 Monday night at Sleep Train Arena.
Kings notes: Ray McCallum looks forward to learning from Tony Parker
The Kings traded Ray McCallum to the Spurs last summer. Though McCallum started the final 30 games for the Kings, he didn’t mind being dealt to a team with an All-Star guard in Tony Parker and a proven backup in Patty Mills.
