Kings: Cousins takes blame for loss to Thunder

Kings All-Star big man shoots just 5 for 20 in a 98-95 loss to the Thunder in Oklahoma City. “I’ve been playing like (crud), man,” Cousins said. “I say that’s our problem, it’s me.” Cousins misses two free throws late, allowing the Thunder to recapture the lead.

High school football: All section champions get to play again

With an expansion to the regional high school football postseason, every section champion gets to play at least one more contest. Teams such as Folsom, Del Oro, Bradshaw Christian and East Nicolaus will have a shot at reaching a state bowl game.
