March 1, 2016: Draymond Green hit an off-balance three-pointer as the shot clock expired with 40.2 seconds remaining in overtime, and the Golden State Warriors escaped with a 109-105 win against the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday night while Stephen Curry watched in street clothes with an injured ankle. Andre Iguodala sat out with a hamstring injury.
Andrew Bogut saved the ball from going out of bounds, and then Green got the shot off just in time while avoiding Kent Bazemore’s diving steal attempt.

Klay Thompson made a go-ahead three-pointer with 2:54 remaining and another big basket at the 11.4-second mark. He finished with 26 points. The Warriors won their second consecutive overtime game and got a franchise-best 43rd consecutive regular-season home victory and 25th in a row this season.
Player of the game: Green, who made an impossible three-point shot 40.2 seconds left in overtime to give the Warriors a 107-103 lead. Green finished with 15 points, 13 rebounds and eight assists. He also came up with a big steal.

March 5, 1996: Michael Jordan scores 21 of his 33 points in the first quarter as the Chicago Bulls defeat the Milwaukee Bucks 115-106. It is the 36th consecutive home win, dating back to last season and the Bulls improved to 29-0 for the season.
Jordan made seven of his first 11 shots in the first quarter, including all four of his three-point attempts as the Bulls won their fifth game in a row in front of a crows of 23,547 at the United Center.
Player of the game: Luc Longley blocks a career-high seven shots for Chicago. He scores 14 points and has seven rebounds and three assists.
