The NBA fined Draymond Green $25,000 for kicking Oklahoma City’s Steven Adams in the groin but did not suspend him. The league also upgraded the foul to a flagrant 2, meaning his next flagrant foul will warrant a one-game suspension.

A’s: Hill, Vogt help Oakland end losing streak
Rich Hill pitched eight shutout innings to win his fourth consecutive start, Stephen Vogt hit a leadoff homer in the seventh inning to break a scoreless tie, and the A’s ended their losing streak at four games with a 5-0 win over Seattle.

Sharks: Win over St. Louis leaves San Jose a game from first Stanley Cup Final
San Jose’s Joe Pavelski evened the score with a goal in the second period and scored the go-ahead goal in the first minute of the third period as the Sharks defeated the St. Louis Blues 6-3 to take a 3-2 lead in the Western Conference finals. The Sharks can advance to their first Stanley Cup Final with a win at home Wednesday.
Hometown report: ARC runner manages distance double at state
Sophomore Jenica Dodge won the 5,000 and 10,000 meters Saturday at the California Community College State Championships track and field meet in San Diego. The former Whitney High School standout entered the meet with the nation’s second-fastest times in both distances.
Prep notes: Oak Ridge swimmers make section history with state title
The Oak Ridge High School boys became the first Sac-Joaquin Section team to win a CIF State swimming championship on Saturday in Clovis. The Trojans’ only previous state championship came in girls basketball in 2010.
