How much? Ticket prices soar for World Cup ‘knockout round’ in Northern California
Ticket prices for the World Cup at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara have surged as the tournament moves into its “knockout round.”
The United States team will play Bosnia and Herzegovina at 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, in the only “round of 32” game taking place in Northern California.
Only a handful of tickets are left for the match directly from Levi’s Stadium, renamed the San Francisco Bay Area Stadium for the event.

What do World Cup tickets cost?
While tickets for the first round of games at the stadium were surprisingly affordable, according to The Sacramento Bee, prices have gone up for the second round game.
Remaining tickets for sale directly from Levi’s Stadium are Trophy Lounge packages at $5,350 per person.
The lowest-priced remaining tickets for sale on StubHub for the July 1 match involving the U.S. team are $$1,589 each, with the most expensive still available going for $1,850 each.
On GoTickets, prices for remaining tickets range from $1,796 to $9,461 per person. Suites for rent range from $212,000 to $219,000 each.
Ticketmaster, meanwhile, has tickets for resale at prices ranging from $2,289 to $17,175 each.
