Bee’s Best: River City’s Jaliyah Davis wins Girls’ Prep of the Week voting
River City High School track and field athlete Jaliyah Davis won this week’s vote for The Bee’s Girls’ Prep of the Week fan vote. Davis won this week’s poll with over 26% of the vote and over 54,000 votes.
She had a 59.1-second time in the 400 meters at the Husky Invitational. Oakmont High School softball catcher Marley Hogue finished second with 26% of the vote and over 53,000 votes. Roseville High School softball player Karissa Aliva was third with 21% of the vote and 40,000 votes total.
