Giants vs. Dodgers: Here’s when, where and how you can watch the historic playoff series

For the first time in Major League Baseball history, San Francisco Giants will face the Los Angeles Dodgers in the postseason.

The Giants, with 107 wins, and Dodgers, with 106 wins, will go head-to-head Friday night at Oracle Park in San Francisco for the 2021 best-of-five National League Division series.

On Wednesday, the Dodgers played the Wild Card game against the St. Louis Cardinals and won 3-1.

Here’s the schedule and where you can catch the next game between the longtime rivals:

When

Game 1 - 6:37 p.m., Friday, Oct. 8, in San Francisco

Game 2 - 6:07 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 9, in San Francisco

Game 3 - Time TBD, Monday, Oct. 11, in Los Angeles

If necessary:

Game 4 - Time TBD, Tuesday, Oct. 12, in Los Angeles

Game 5 - Time TBD, Thursday, Oct. 14, in San Francisco

Where

You can watch games live on TBS with Brian Anderson, Ron Darling and Lauren Shehadi. You can also catch the games on TBS via its app, website, Hulu with Live TV, Sling TV or YouTube TV.

The play-by-play will be on KNBR 680 AM/104.5 FM and 1320 AM in Sacramento.

MLB.TV will not be streaming the game since it is blacked out. NBC Sports Bay Area will have pre- and post-game shows, but will not carry it live.
