Late ruling helps Kings end four-game skid

Toronto’s Terrence Ross hits a 33-foot 3-pointer to force overtime – or so he thought. After a long review, officials find that the clock isn’t started in time on the Raptors’ inbound pass and wave off the shot, giving the Kings a 102-99 victory Sunday at Golden 1 Center.
