Anthony Davis is out with a sprained MCL, but the Los Angeles Lakers expect LeBron James and Avery Bradley to be available when they play the Kings on Tuesday night at the newly renamed Cyrpto.com Arena.

James is listed as probable with a rectus abdominus strain. Bradley is probable with a cervical strain. Both were in the starting lineup in Sunday’s 108-103 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The Kings will be without starting center Richaun Holmes, who will miss his second game since entering NBA health and safety protocols Saturday. Davis is listed as questionable due to left ankle soreness.

The Kings (16-22) have won three of their last four games to move into 10th in the Western Conference. The Kings are coming off a dramatic 115-113 victory over the Miami Heat.

The Lakers (19-19) have also won three of their last four. They are coming off back-to-back wins over the Portland Trail Blazers and Timberwolves. James missed time due to the abdominal injury in November, but he has been in top form recently, averaging 34.8 points over the past eight games.

Metu enters protocols

Kings forward Chimezie Metu was ruled out for Tuesday’s game against the Lakers after entering NBA health and safety protocols.

Metu, 24, is averaging 9.1 points and 6.5 rebounds in his fourth season out of USC. He has started 16 games this season but recently moved back to a reserve role after Marvin Bagley III was inserted in the starting lineup.

Metu was the hero in a 95-94 victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday at Golden 1 Center. He made a 3-pointer at the buzzer to win the game.
