Sacramento Kings announce schedule for the NBA Summer League

The Sacramento Kings NBA Summer League schedule is now official.

On Monday, the team announced they will open the summer league in San Francisco at the California Classic on July 2-5. The Kings will play the Golden State Warriors on July 2, followed by games against the Miami Heat on July 3 and the Los Angeles Lakers on July 5.

After the California Classic, the Kings will travel to Las Vegas. The Kings will open play versus the Orlando Magic, holders of the No. 1 overall pick in Thursday’s draft, on July 9. The Kings also have games against the Indiana Pacers (July 10), Oklahoma City Thunder (July 13) and Phoenix Suns (July 15). Sacramento is the defending Summer League champion and also won the tournament in 2014.

The Kings hold the No. 4 overall pick in Thursday’s draft.
