49ers, Raiders 2016 schedules announced

The 49ers open the 2016 NFL season as the second game of a Monday Night Football doubleheader on Sept. 12 against the Los Angeles Rams at Levi’s Stadium. The Raiders travel to New Orleans for their opener on Sept. 11 and host Atlanta in their home opener on Sept. 18. The 49ers also host Arizona in prime time on Oct. 6, and the Raiders have three prime-time games (vs. Denver on Nov. 6, vs. Houston in Mexico City on Nov. 21 and at Kansas City on Dec. 8.)
