49ers’ Kaepernick protests; NFL fans react

San Francisco quarterback Colin Kaepernick continued his protest on Thursday night, sitting for the national anthem before the 49ers-Chargers game in San Diego. Kaepernick stated previously: “I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color.”

His supporters and detractors took to social media.
