49ers announce preseason schedule, including three games against one conference

The 49ers on Tuesday announced their preliminary preseason schedule of exhibition games, though dates and times have yet to be determined for all games.

Week 1 (Aug. 8-12): vs. Dallas Cowboys, Levi’s Stadium

Week 2 (Monday, Aug. 19, 5 p.m.): at Denver Broncos, Mile High Stadium*

Week 3 (Aug. 22-26): at Kansas City Chiefs, Arrowhead Stadium

Week 4 (Thursday, Aug. 29): vs. Los Angeles Chargers, Levi’s Stadium

*To be aired on ESPN’s Monday Night Football; all other games will be aired on KPIX 5 in the Bay Area

The 49ers are expected to practice with the Broncos ahead of their game Aug. 19 at Denver’s facility in Englewood, Colo. Details have not been finalized.
