Looking for a simple way to get to the 49ers game? There’s an easy way to Levi’s Stadium
Looking for a simpler way to get to the 49ers NFC Divisional Playoff game against the Minnesota Vikings on Saturday? Amtrak might be one of your best options.
Parking at Levi’s Stadium will range anywhere from $45 to $60 — and that’s if you’re not paying for VIP treatment from the 49ers. Sacramento commuters have a deal waiting for them: Amtrak offers a 50% off Winter Weekend fare deal that will get fans to and from the stadium for $36 roundtrip.
In addition to avoiding the stress of traffic and parking, fans who take the train will be able to get an early start on tailgating by enjoying drinks and snacks available in the train’s café car.
For travel to the game, fans can take Train 729 to the Santa Clara-Great America Station, which is a five-minute walk to Levi’s Stadium. Train 729 is scheduled to arrive at Santa Clara-Great America at 11:37 a.m.
Information on the return trip: Trains 742 and 744 will depart the Santa Clara-Great America Station at 5:23 p.m and 6:53 p.m., respectively. For passengers who might need to leave earlier, Train 738 departs the station at 4:26 p.m.
