49ers’ first depth chart leaves wiggle room at key spots
The 49ers released their first depth chart for the regular season, one that reflects undecided -- or unannounced -- position like starting cornerback, No. 3 receiver and punt returner. As for the receiver spot, look for both Bruce Ellington and Quinton Patton to be worked into the game at different times. Rookie DeAndrew White could be inactive for Week 1.
