The River Cats had a large crowd for their home opener, but it was the visitors who ended up celebrating.
Five Aces had at least two hits Tuesday in Reno's 7-2 victory over the River Cats at Raley Field.
Michael Perez went 3 for 5, and Reno also got multihit games from Ildemaro Vargas, Cesar Puello, Socrates Brito and Marcus Littlewood, who came in during the seventh inning.
The lone home run, seen by the crowd of 9,155 came, from the River Cats' Mac Williamson. The right fielder hit a 404-foot shot to center field in the sixth inning to tie the game at 2-2.

Jose Flores started for Sacramento and allowed two runs (one earned) on four hits in five innings. He had no walks and seven strikeouts. Joan Gregorio took the loss and is 0-1.
