With the victory, Sacramento (6-6-3, 21 points) sits alone in third place in the Western Conference standings. However, Republic FC is tied with the Tampa Bay Rowdies for the most games played this season in the USL at 15.
Rio Grande Valley, now in eighth place, falls to 5-6-2 (17).
