Republic FC unbeaten in last 8 USL home matches after 1-0 win over Vancouver
A single converted penalty kick was all it took for Republic FC to conquer the Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 in Saturday night’s match at Papa Murphy’s Park.
Jeremy Hall pushed one past the reach of Vancouver goalie Spencer Richey, hitting the top right corner of the net in the 82nd minute. Republic FC held on through regulation and three minutes of stoppage time for the victory.
