Murder charges filed in deadly Esparto explosion. Who were the victims?

Charlize Hernandez, left, who lost three cousins in the Esparto fireworks warehouse explosion, and Syanna Ruiz, who lost her boyfriend Jesus Ramos, place food and drinks that the young men liked at a memorial after family members gathered on Monday, July 7, 2025.
