Sutter Health given top rankings among large U.S. health systems
Sacramento’s Sutter Health and its Valley Area arm have been named among the top-performing health systems in the country by Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Truven Health Analytics.
The systems were named in Truven’s latest “15 Top Health Systems” study, with Sutter Health and its Valley Area division ranked among the nation’s top five large health care systems.
Truven gathered data from 338 health systems and nearly 3,000 hospitals.
Sutter Health’s Valley Area system encompasses the Sacramento and San Joaquin Valley regions.
