    New Kings coach Dave Joerger and his family are looking for a 5 to 10 acre horse ranch within about 30 minutes of the new Golden 1 Center in downtown Sacramento, said their Realtor Beth Foondos. The Bee visited such properties in Lincoln, Penryn and Plymouth to see what they might find. The parcels fit the bill, except it could take a bit longer than 30 minutes to get there.
