El Dorado Hills man who died from injuries in Folsom motorcycle crash identified
An El Dorado Hills man died over the weekend from injuries suffered in a motorcycle crash at the beginning of September.
Seshadri Palem, 36, of El Dorado Hills was pronounced dead at 12:10 p.m. Saturday, according to the Sacramento County Coroner.
Palem was driving a motorcycle southbound on East Bidwell Street at about 10 p.m. on Sept. 1 when he was struck a vehicle coming from the opposite direction that turned in front of him at Broadstone Parkway, according to Folsom police.
He was transported with serious injuries to the hospital. Police Sgt. Andrew Bates, spokesman for the department, said investigators said that Palem caused the crash by running a red light.
