Video: California lawmaker presents bill for deaf students using sign language
It was a little ironic that the Assembly fell silent to watch Assemblyman James Gallagher, R-Yuba City, present Senate Bill 210, which sets educational standards for deaf students. Gallagher used American Sign Language, which explaining that he has two deaf brothers.
