Elk Grove’s annual State of the City is soon. Here’s how to watch

Elk Grove’s annual State of the City address will take place next week.

The event will be held Tuesday at District56, 8230 Civic Center Drive. Doors open at 10 a.m., and Mayor Bobbie Singh-Allen is scheduled to speak at 10:15 a.m. The event will also be streamed live on the city’s website.

“Mayor Singh-Allen will reflect on the last year’s major accomplishments, and share the vision for Elk Grove’s future,” a post on the city’s Instagram account reads.

The event is open to the public, and no registration is required.

During last year’s address, Singh-Allen highlighted infrastructure investments, major retail and restaurant growth and ongoing public safety efforts, including new technology and staffing for the city’s Police Department.
