A new all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant is coming to Roseville.

Its Sushi, “a premium . . . made to order concept” restaurant will open March 1 at 5030 Foothills Blvd., near the intersection with Junction Boulevard. The location was formerly the home of Diamond Plate Bar and Grill.

The new restaurant is the latest from Fukumi Restaurant Group, the owners of the popular Fukumi Ramen in Roseville and Citrus Heights, and Fukumi Chaya in Folsom.

Its Sushi will offer more than 200 menu options, according to a social media post from the restaurant group.

Costs range from $5 to $18 if ordering a la carte items, which include sushi burritos, appetizers such as bulgogi fries, and dozens of sushi rolls.

The all-you-can-eat menu costs $37.95 to $42.95 per person for 90 minutes of dining. Kids under 4 can dine for free with an adult eating from the all-you-can-eat menu.

Leftovers will be charged, including rice, according to the restaurant’s menu.
